General

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP address, it is immediately anonymized, deleted, and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold or passed to other companies.

iOS App

The America's Greatest Hits iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device.

The app communicates with Radio.co's servers to load app preferences and connect you to the America's Greatest Hits audio stream.

Android App

The America's Greatest Hits Android App does not collect any user data during normal use.

In order to provide audio control during phone calls, the app may monitor the state of the phone application on your device, such as idle, incoming call, in-call, and call ended. At no point will the app listen to telephone calls or derive phone numbers or other telephone data.

The Android app also requires access to local device storage. This is used to store application configuration information, such as colors and images, so the app can launch more quickly.
